We will be updating a small portion of CXMEngine on 3/26/2026 at 3:30 PM ET / 12:30 PM PT. The deployment is usually 5 to 10 minutes followed by approximately 30 minutes of testing and validation. Most active users shouldn't be impacted by the change but might notice a slight delay while accessing certain portions of the application during deployment.
