We will be updating a small portion of CXMEngine pre-production environment on 4/7/2026 at 5 PM ET / 2 PM PT. The deployment is usually 5 to 10 minutes followed by approximately 30 minutes of testing and validation. Most active users shouldn't be impacted by the change but might notice a slight delay while accessing certain portions of the application during deployment.
