We will be updating a small portion of the OvationCXM Engine on 6/25/2025 at 5:30 PM ET / 2:30 PM PT. The deployment is usually 5 to 10 minutes followed by approximately 30 minutes of testing and validation. Most active users shouldn't be impacted by the change but might notice a slight delay while accessing certain portions of the application during deployment.
