We will be updating a small portion of the OvationCXM database on 6/23/2025, beginning at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT. The deployment is estimated to take 2-3 hours, followed by testing and validation. Most active users shouldn't be impacted by the change but might notice a slight delay while accessing certain portions of the application during deployment.
