We will be updating the CXMEngine on 09/16/2025 at 5PM Pacific Time. The deployment is usually 5 to 10 minutes followed by approximately 30 minutes of testing and validation. We do not anticipate any impact to features and actions in the CXMEngine platform although there may be a slight delay while accessing certain portions of the application during deployment.
