We will be updating a small portion of the OvationCXM Engine on 6/27/2025 at 4:15 PM ET / 1:15 PM PT. The deployment is usually 5 to 10 minutes followed by approximately 30 minutes of testing and validation. Most active users shouldn't be impacted by the change but might notice a slight delay while accessing certain portions of the application during deployment.
